New furnishings, decor, and stainless steel appliances. 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. 4 chairs dining table plus 2 extra folding chairs for extra guests. 3 TVs. House rules
1. Absolutely no parties or gatherings of more than 8 people, and 4 cars, without prior approval and deposit.
2. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
3. If the property requires extra cleaning in or out, including the pool, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
4. Please do not take the umbrella out of the stand, and close it when not in use. The wind can very quickly damage, in which case there will be a charge for replacement.
5. Kindly leave the pool remote on the kitchen counter and turn the jets off when not in use.
- CHECK-IN after 3:00 pm, CHECK-OUT 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise prior to arrival.
- TRASH/RECYCLING: If you are staying during trash pickup days, please place the bins by the street for pickup:
FRIDAY: both recycling and regular bins.
TUESDAY: regular trash bin only.
- UMBRELLAS: Please close umbrellas when not in use. Umbrellas that are left open can be, or, cause damage with the wind.
- BEACH EQUIPMENT: Please shake off the sand and rinse if needed prior to returning to the storage space after use.
- LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.
- A/C: The temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. If the temperature goes below 72, the units can freeze, and you may be without A/C until it can be repaired. To avoid this, kindly keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C.
- CEILING FANS: Please leave all the ceiling fans running at all times if possible.
- DRYER: Please remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use.
- DISHWASHER: Please load and run the dishwasher upon check out.
- GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not run anything that can potentially clog the garbage disposal.
- POOL: Although this is a pet-friendly home, dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the pool filter. Please note our pool heater is OFF between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.
- SPA: Please turn the spa off when not in use, and do not use the edge of the spa to jump into the pool. Please return the pool/spa controller to the kitchen bar counter.
- MAINTENANCE: The pool is serviced weekly by the maintenance company every Monday. Landscapers are also on the premises every Thursday.

We loved Alex’s house! The pool/spa were a dream. We felt comfy and cozy from the moment we arrived! The beds slept absolutely amazingly. We highly recommend Alex’s Airbnb as a place for a great vacation get away!

This AirBnB was tremendous. Comfortable furniture, 10 minute bike ride to the beach, relaxing, clean pool. Owner provided bikes that were great. Fantastic air conditioning. Place looks exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood that is great for biking and walking. 10 out of 10!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Near lots of restaurants and grocery stores- Publix, Traders and Whole Foods. The house was fully equipped with all of the necessary amenities. The kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi tub. Alex was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is in a great neighborhood and has lots of amenities and staples for a stay at the beach. The pool and backyard are amazing -private, quiet, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, umbrellas. Palm trees swaying over head. The pool has a shallow area which is great for kids and easy entry to the pool. The furniture and decor is well thought out and great quality.
