Great lounging areas, some shaded, & pool toys. You’ll love the coolers & all the beach stuff, even a wagon!

COASTAL SOUL is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Whether it's in the common TV area, hunkered down in the dedicated workspace, chilling in a bedroom, or hanging out grilling poolside. Don't let the casual, beachy-vibe fool you. Attention was given to every detail, to include luxury pillows and bedding, and most everything you could possibly need for your stay. Please note our pool heater is OFF between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.

- CHECK-IN after 3:00 pm, CHECK-OUT 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise prior to arrival.
- TRASH/RECYCLING: If you are staying during trash pickup days, please place the bins by the street for pickup the NIGHT BEFORE (please note that there is a $100 fine for trash disposal if the trash bins are not placed by the street):
WEDNESDAY: both recycling and regular bins. (Bin out on Tuesday night).
SATURDAY: regular trash bin only. (Bin out on Friday night).
- UMBRELLAS: Please close umbrellas when not in use. Umbrellas that are left open can be, or, cause damage with the wind.
- BEACH EQUIPMENT: Please shake off the sand and rinse if needed prior to returning to the storage space after use.
- LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.
- A/C: The temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. If the temperature goes below 72, the units can freeze, and you may be without A/C until it can be repaired. To avoid this, kindly keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C.
- CEILING FANS: Please leave all the ceiling fans running at all times if possible.
- DRYER: Please remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use.
- DISHWASHER: Please load and run the dishwasher upon check out.
- GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not run anything that can potentially clog the garbage disposal.
- POOL: Although this is a pet-friendly home, dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the pool filter. Please note our pool heater is OFF between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.
- SPA: Please turn the spa off when not in use, and do not use the edge of the spa to jump into the pool. Please return the pool/spa controller to the kitchen bar counter.
- MAINTENANCE: The pool is serviced weekly by the maintenance company every Wednesday. Landscapers are also on the premises every Friday.

Literally just got home. We had a wonderful time! It was a girls trip for my 40th. There were six of us. The house was perfect from location, neighborhood, pool, size everything exceeded our expectations. So many beaches, shopping and stores within a 10 min drive. We cannot wait to go back! This rental is a must if you’re traveling to Naples.

Our entire family had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Alex’s home! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and the house was stocked with activities/games for everyone, especially the kiddos! The extra beach supplies/towels were a plus and I’d say we overpacked because Alex provided everything we needed and more! Also, the spa and pool were a dream. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!!

This place was perfect for my family to enjoy the Fourth of July weekend. Everything was clean and decorated cute! The pool and the patio were a great spot for hanging out during the day and relaxing. Everything Naples has to offer is a short drive away and was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts of this Airbnb thought of everything guests might need and had it available to you! My family really appreciated the attention to detail, host responsiveness, and overall accommodations. We spent the Memorial Weekend here, I have a big family and we loved this place. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants the location was perfect. Pool was awesome and we will definitely be going back soon. Thank You Alex

This house was easily a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! It was the epitome of a perfect beach house located less than 10 minutes from beautiful Naples beaches! Alex was always quick to respond, and tended to any of the needs that myself and/or my loved ones needed during our stay. I would 100% recommend and come back again.

Beautiful pool and hot tub area, the house is cozy and great space for up to eight, we had 6 women and it was perfect. Alex is very quick to respond and help if needed.

From check in to check out, Alex's place exceeded our expectations. Everything was so nicely well appointed from the indoor decor, which exuded a casual beach lifestyle, more amenities that we could ever wish for, including all kitchen wear, extra coffee in the freezer, teas. of soap, shampoo, conditioner. The pool and Jacuzzi were phenomenal and we had loads of fun lounging on the pool deck after the swim meet. I would highly recommend this place, we will be back again for our next swim meet. Many many great memories made.
